Acceptable use

The prohibited categories below are stated plainly so they can be enforced without argument. Violation means immediate termination without refund. This is deliberately blunt: a platform that negotiates about spam ends up with a reputation nobody wants to share.

• Purchased, rented or scraped recipient lists — an import declaring either is rejected outright, not warned about.
• Affiliate spam and unsolicited commercial bulk mail.
• Phishing, credential harvesting, and impersonation of any person or organisation.
• Adult content and pharmaceutical solicitation.
• Cryptocurrency solicitation.
• Sending on behalf of sanctioned entities.
• Any attempt to relay mail without authentication, or to use the click redirector as an open redirect.

What we commit to

• We will not read your message content except through an audited, authorised support action that is written to your audit log.
• We will pause the offending sending plane rather than your whole workspace, whenever the problem is confined to one plane.
• We will notify you before a change to our sub-processor list takes effect, with 30 days' notice.
• We will tell you what actually happened in an incident, including when it was our fault.

Limits and fair use

Mailbox plans include unlimited personal sending up to a fair-use ceiling of 2,000 recipients per mailbox per day. Sending plans carry the included volume and overage rate published on the pricing page. New workspaces climb a warm-up ladder; the ladder is a deliverability protection, not an upsell, and it advances on health rather than on time.

Billing

Monthly plans are month to month and cancel immediately. Annual plans are billed once, include two months free, and a mid-term cancellation is refunded for the unused whole months. The internal usage ledger is authoritative; a bill is never computed from a payment processor's copy of it.
